Nick Read MA (Hons), Dip Tchg, NLP Prac, NS Master Prac

Nick has a background in teaching, television production, sales and corporate communications. From these experiences he has formed his philosophy for his business - the purpose of any initiative is to support people to change their behaviour.
Nick is a dynamic presenter who works with a variety of organisations. He also delivers a range of public courses for Auckland University.
His studies of adult learning processes, such as accelerated learning and Neurolinguistic Programming, make his interactions with people particularly effective.

Shelly Davies MA, DipTchg

Shelly has been writing and helping people to enjoy writing for 20 years. If you want it written, Shelly can write it — from catchy marketing copy to technical codes and standards to weighty corporate multi-million dollar pitches.
With a Master's Degree in Creative Writing, Shelly knows how to sculpt language to create imagery, persuade, and engage a reader. But above all, Shelly believes documents should be succinct and user-friendly, with information accessible at a glance.
As one of NZ’s top trainers in Business and Technical Writing, Shelly uses interactive, accelerated learning techniques. This increases participant engagement, enjoyment and retention. Even the most reluctant participants find her energy and passion hard to resist!

Craig Chappell Cert Adult Ed (7407), NLP and MBTI practitioner and consultant, facilitator for PEP Worldwide

Craig established Springboard Learning in 2011 to support individuals and teams to achieve goals, enhance productivity and streamline internal processes.
Craig has a background in training, HR and recruitment and has experience of working in both the private and public sector in NZ and the UK.
Before making the move to New Zealand he worked on government initiatives in the unemployment sector and in particular harder-to-help client groups.
He works with Training for Change to enhance their framework of training.

Nettie is our Office Manager who holds the business together.
She is responsible for managing calendars, bookings and all the logistics that enable our clients to receive smooth, professional and worry-free service. We'd be lost without her!
