Training for Change has had a long association with Veolia NZ (formerly United Water). Nick Read has worked with us over the past 8 years, providing training, consulting and support in helping us transform our business culture.
As well as delivering workshops in business communications, Nick has worked closely with us to develop a highly effective Customer First programme. This programme has been delivered to all staff throughout NZ and has been instrumental in changing our approach to customer service.
On the success of this programme, we engaged Nick to develop a Health & Safety workshop as part of our AlwaysSafe campaign. Again, we're very pleased with the impact this programme has had on our safety standards.
Nick is currently working with the leadership team to develop a programme to relaunch our Innovation initiative throughout the business.
I'm pleased to say that Nick has made a significant impact to our business, from the leadership team to frontline staff. We are very pleased to have him as part of our team as we continue to improve our leadership and our business.
